These terms apply to the purchase and use of digital services (such as webinars, training sessions, and memberships) produced and sold by MAA-akatemia osuuskunta.

2. Service Content and Prices
Services are digital products. A service may be:
 
a) A one-time service delivered at a specified date (e.g. webinar on a given day).
b) A recurring subscription (membership) providing access to digital materials or events for the agreed period.

3. Ordering and Agreement Formation
Customers must be at least 18 years of age. An order becomes binding once submitted by the customer and confirmed by the service provider via email (order confirmation). The customer is responsible for the accuracy of provided information.

4. Payments
Payments are processed via Klarna or another payment intermediary stated at checkout. By accepting these terms, the customer also agrees to the payment processor's terms.

5. Special Terms for Memberships and Recurring Subscriptions
This section applies to recurring billed services (e.g. annual membership):

Billing Cycle: The subscription is charged in advance according to the selected cycle (e.g. monthly or annually).
​
Cancellation: Recurring subscriptions remain valid until cancelled. The customer may cancel at any time. Following cancellation, access continues until the end of the paid billing period, after which billing terminates automatically.
